CONSTITUTION: A synergistic antibacterial composition contains glyphosate compounds and diiodomethyl-p-tolylsulfone. The glyphosate compounds contain zinc glyphosate. The weight ratio of diiodomethyl-p-tolylsulfone and zinc glyphosate is 0.1:1-10:1. A method for suppressing or controlling microorganism growth in construction materials comprises a step of adding the antibacterial composition. A coating composition contains the synergistic antibacterial composition.
