PURPOSE: A laminated plate heat exchanger is provided to reduce or remove a rate of an inflow of fluid to be cooled which directly flows into an outflow. CONSTITUTION: A laminated plate heat exchanger comprises a plurality of laminated plates(2). Fluid to be cooled and cooling fluid are circulated inside two circuits regulated by the laminated plate between the laminated plates. The circuit of the fluid to be cooled includes a U-shaped structure in which an inlet and an outlet of the fluid to be cooled are arranged to be adjacent to the same opened end part of a laminated plate set and the opposite end part is closed. The laminated plate regulates an outflow channel and return channel and the laminated plate heat exchanger comprises a fixing flange(5) connected to the opened end part and a separating member(7) for separating an inflow and an outflow of the cooled fluid. The separating member is joined to the fixing flange.
