Summary:PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for controlling the accesses of subscribers in a wireless communication system are provided to implement a controlling process with respect to the accesses of subscribers if subscriber environment is changed in closed subscriber groups or hybrid femto cells for business purposes. CONSTITUTION: User equipment(642) receives a first access requesting message from femto base stations(641a to 641c). A database module(620) stores a subscriber database for business purposes including the list of user equipment which are accessible to the femto base stations. The accessing permission of the user equipment is determined based on the subscriber database for business purposes from the database module. The accessing of the user equipment is permitted if user equipment identifier is included on the list.
