Summary:PURPOSE: A filter circuit, an integrated circuit including the same, and a method for filtering a signal are provided to improve an operation speed of a circuit applying the filter by a weight given according to an output signal of the filter. CONSTITUTION: A filter circuit includes a filtering unit(210) and a weight generating unit(220). The filtering unit outputs an output signal by filtering an input signal. A weight generating unit generates weight information by monitoring the change of the output signal. A storage unit stores an output signal of the filtering unit. A comparison unit generates the weight information by comparing the output signal stored in the storage unit and the output signal outputted from the filtering unit.
