Summary:PURPOSE: A turntable type singulation apparatus is provided to improve space availability by introducing a turntable type transfer unit for a compact apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A supplying unit(10) supplies a semiconductor chip. A transferring unit(20) transfers the semiconductor chip supplied from the supplying unit. A classifying unit(30) determines whether the semiconductor chip is normal or not. An extracting unit(40) discharges the semiconductor chip classified by the classifying unit according to a semiconductor chip state. A rotating unit changes the arrangement direction of the semiconductor chip.
