Summary: | PURPOSE: An ultra violet emitting device of an electric field emitting type and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve operation efficiency and reliability by using a ZnO(Zinc Oxide) nanorod as a cathode and an AlN AlN(Aluminum Nitride) light emitting layer as an anode in a light emitting device. CONSTITUTION: A cathode is produced by allowing a ZnO nanorod to grow up on a cathode substrate. The cathode substrate uses AuGe(Aurum Germanium) /ITO(Indium Tin Oxide). An anode is manufactured by allowing an AlN light emitting layer to grow up on the anode substrate. The anode substrate uses ITO. A light emitting device is formed by bonding the cathode and the anode. |
