Summary: | PURPOSE: A fusion polynucleotide having ER transition signal sequence and a base sequence encoding human-derived target recombinant proteins is provided to enhance the expression of the polynucleotide. CONSTITUTION: A fusion polynucleotide contains a base sequence encoding PPAE(prophenoloxidase activating enzyme), PDI(protein disulfide isomerase), or BX(bombyxin) ER transition signal sequence and human-derived target recombinant proteins. The human-derived target recombinant protein is human G-CSF. A method for preparing human G-CSF comprises: a step of introducing an expression vector to insect cells or insects; a step of culturing the cells or breeding the insects; and a step of isolating the human G-CSF from the cells or insects. |
