PURPOSE: An opening-closing structure of a fuel tank is provided to increase the marketability of a vehicle through preventing noise during separating a fuel filler cap and jumping out of a fuel filler cap through eliminating the pressure difference existing between the fuel tank and atmospheric pressure during separating a fuel filler cap from a fuel filler neck. CONSTITUTION: An opening-closing structure of a fuel tank comprises a fuel filler neck(1), a fuel filler cap(7), and a screw thread removal unit(9). The fuel filler neck comprises a male screw thread(3) in the upper circumferential surface. The fuel filler cap comprises a female screw thread(5) in the inner circumference. The fuel filler cap is formed to block up the fuel filler neck. The screw thread removal unit is formed to have even plane state as the surface in which the screw thread is projected through eliminating the segment of the projected screw thread in one between the female thread of the fuel filler cap and the male thread of the fuel filler neck.
