Summary:PURPOSE: A computer virus incubation method and system thereof are provided to effectively detect computer virus by effectively activating the replicating of the computer virus. CONSTITUTION: A main memory unit(110) loads confirmation target assembly codes. A first sub memory unit(120) stores the scheduled code of the confirmation target assembly codes loaded in the main memory unit. A second sub memory unit(130) stores codes created by executing the assembly code of the main memory unit. A processing unit(140) determines the identity of one or more codes between the first sub memory unit and the second sub memory unit. When similar codes are existed, the processing unit determines one or more codes stored in the first sub memory unit as virus codes.
