Summary: | PURPOSE: A system for assembling a gear in a transmission is provided to optimize the operating process of a double-arm robot by employing a vision controller and a robot controller that cooperate the double-arm robot. CONSTITUTION: A system for assembling a gear in a transmission comprises a sub line(49) which supplies and transfers an OP assembly and a differential assembly using a first transfer pallet and discharges the emptied first transfer pallet, a main line(53) which supplies, transfers, and discharges a transmission case(76) using a second transfer pallet(73), a double-arm robot(10) which has first and second grippers for gripping the OP assembly and the differential assembly to be assembled in the transmission case, and a robot controller which controls the operation of the double-arm robot. |
