PURPOSE: An offense-oriented searchlight is provided to disturb and incapacitate an opponent while not giving damage to vision of the opponent by decentralizing laser energy. CONSTITUTION: A controller(120) controls the whole operation. An oscillation control part(140) creates an oscillation control signal according to a resonance cycle of one among human organs. An optical output part(150) outputs a flashing light signal in response to the oscillation control signal according to control of the controller. The optical output part comprises a first beam irradiation device, a second beam irradiation device, a third beam irradiation device, and a focusing optical system. An optical width controlling part(160) controls exit angle of light outputted from the optical output part.
