Summary:PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing high-strength hot-rolled TRIP(Transformation Induced Plasticity) steel with low variation of materials and tensile strength of 590MPa is provided to improve the recyclability of resources by using steel produced by melting scrap in an electric furnace with a thin slab continuous casting method. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing high-strength hot-rolled TRIP steel with low variation of materials and tensile strength of 590MPa comprises the steps of finally rolling strip(b) with a rolling speed difference of 15% or less, cooling the rolled strip at a cooling speed of 25°C/s or greater on a runout table(60), and winding the strip at a temperature of 350-470°C.
