Summary:PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display apparatus is provided to efficiently control external Light reflection by arranging a scattering structure to a light extracting direction at a distance less than an adjacent pixel pitch. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(10) is made of a transparent material. A scattering structure(21) is composed of a resinous film(21b) including a plurality of scattering particles(21a). The scattering structure is arranged in a light emission region corresponding to a plurality of pixels(PX1,PX2,PX3). A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) layer(30) including a plurality of thin film transistors(T1,T2,T3) is formed on the scattering structure and a plurality of pixels. The plurality of pixels includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic light emitting layer.
