Summary:PURPOSE: A baked film is provided to have excellent leveling ability after spreading, and to have uniform film thickness and high dimensional precision. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a baked film comprises: a step of forming a film, of which average thickness is 100um or more by containing a polydimethylsiloxane composition and screen-printing spread-liquid of which viscosity at 25°C is 10 Pa·s-200 Pa·s on a substrate; a step of plasticizing the film. The average thickness of the film is 100um - 150um.
