Summary:PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of high-dispersed carbon nanotube for reducing in vivo immune toxicity is provided to enhance dispersibility by performing and repeating ultrasonication. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of high-dispersed carbon nanotube for reducing in vivo immune toxicity comprises next steps: a first step of mixing carbon nanotube in a strong acid solvent in order to introduce a functional group containing oxygen to surface of the carbon nanotube; a second step of carbon nanotube ultrasonication in the solvent; and repeating the first and the second step successively. The strong acid solvent is sulfuric acid, nitric acid, or a mixture thereof. The first step comprises the next step: stirring carbon nanotube in a mixture which has 3:1 ratio of sulfuric acid to nitric acid with a speed of 250-320 RPM for 15-45 minutes.
