Summary: | PURPOSE: A pattern manufacturing method and a pattern scanning apparatus are provided to pattern a substrate in which heat resisting property is low and to manufacture a pattern which is smaller than laser focus size. CONSTITUTION: A surface mold is formed by selectively eliminating a hydrophobic coating layer formed on a substrate. Particles which are scattered to the substrate are eliminated. Laser application plasma is used when eliminating the hydrophobic coating layer. A pattern substance is coated on the surface mold. The pattern substance is dried and is sintered at the high temperature. The pattern substance is transferred on a thermal release tape. The pattern substance transferred on the thermal release tape is transferred to a target substrate. |
