CONSTITUTION: A synthesizing method of 4-O-methylhonokiol comprises a step of synthesizing 4-alkyl-2-bromophenol by substituting bromine at the ortho location of 4-allylphenol; a step of synthesizing potassium 3-allyl-4-methoxyphenyltrifluoroborate from 2-allyl-4-bromo-1-anisole, and a step of synthesizing 4-O-methylhonokiol through Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction of 4-allyl-2-bromophenol, and potassium 3-allyl-4-methoxyphenyltrifluoroborate.
