Summary:PURPOSE: A three dimensional scaffold using low molecular silk fibroin and agarose gel is provided to develop artificial bone or a material for developing tissue regeneration. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional scaffold contains 0.01-0.05 wt% of low molecular silk fibroin and 1.0 wt% of agarose gel. A method for manufacturing the three dimensional scaffold comprises: a step of preparing agarose and gelling in a liquid state to prepare agarose gel; a step of adding low molecular silk fibroin powder and mixing; and a step of injecting the mixture into a frame and freeze-drying.
