Summary:PURPOSE: An apparatus for enhancing the quality of an image photographed by a photographing device with a multi color filter aperture, a method thereof, and a photographing device with a multi color filter aperture thereof are provided to eliminate the out-of-focus blur effect in a focus restored image by filtering. CONSTITUTION: A focus restoring unit(130) matches a plurality of color channel focuses extracted form a photographed original image. The focus restoring unit generates a first restored image. An image restoring unit(140) generates a second restored image by filtering the first restored image. The image restoring unit generates a third restored image in which noise is eliminated by mixing the first restored image and the second restored image.
