Summary: | PURPOSE: A high voltage broadband pulse attenuation apparatus which has an attenuation self-correction function is provided to measure attenuator performance and monitor an attenuated pulse state on a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: An input part inputs a pulse signal. The input part comprises an input coaxial cable(310) and a first dielectric film(372) which surrounds the input coaxial cable. A T-shaped attenuation circuit attenuates the pulse signal. An attenuation circuit comprises a plurality of resistors(330A,330B,330C) and a third dielectric film(370) which surrounds the plurality of resistors. A capacitive voltage divider circuit divides the pulse signal attenuated through the attenuation circuit or the pulse signal inputted through the input part. The capacitive voltage divider circuit comprises a first electrode(400), a fourth dielectric film(410) which surrounds the first electrode, a second electrode(420), and a fifth dielectric film(430). |
