Summary:PURPOSE: An interrupt processing device and a method thereof are provided to reduce latency and overhead according to interrupt processing without transferring the interrupt to a processing core. CONSTITUTION: An interrupt distributor(102) receives an interrupt and determines an IRQ(Interrupt Request) mode for exception or interrupt processing. The interrupt distributor supplies the interrupt to a processing core. If the number of processing cores is more than two, the interrupt distributor selects one processing core and supplies the interrupt to the selected processing core.
