Summary:PURPOSE: A double-faced frying pan in a dual heating manner is provided to lower the time for cooking food since the inside of the frying pan is rapidly heated through conducted heat and convected heat. CONSTITUTION: A double-faced frying pan in a dual heating manner comprises a first pan(20) and a second pan(30). The first pan has a first storing plate(21) which is formed with a first handle(23) on one side. The food is saved in the first storing plate. One or more first heating holes(22) are formed on the first storing plate. The second pan is coupled with the first pan through a hinge. The second pan has a second storing plate(31) with a second handle(33). The food is stored in the second storing plate. One or more second heating holes(32) are formed in the second storing plate. The guide projection part is formed on the outer surface of the first and second storing plates and guides the heated air to the first and second heating holes.
