Summary:PURPOSE: A communication device in a network in which interferences exist between wireless communication systems and a method thereof are provided to prevent lowering of a data transmission rate in a network in which interferences exist between wireless communication systems. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of transceiving units communicate with base stations of wireless communication systems(110,130). A control unit(150) sets a section in which communication is disabled by cooperating with at least one base station. The control unit determines whether interferences belong to a fixed range.
