Summary: | PURPOSE: A matrix type light emitting apparatus is provided to control the size of Zener voltage of a bidirectional Zener diode according to the size of applied voltage, thereby protecting the matrix type light emitting apparatus. CONSTITUTION: First selection lines are arranged in a first direction. Second selection lines are arranged in a second direction crossing with the first direction. A plurality of light emitting diodes(L1-L9) emits light by combining the first selection lines and the second selection lines. A plurality of bidirectional Zener diodes(ZD1-ZD9) is respectively connected to a single light emitting diode among the plurality of light emitting diode in parallel. The bidirectional Zener diode has Zener voltage in which a sum of the size of the Zener voltage and twice the size of forward voltage of the single light emitting diode exceeds the voltage applied between the first and second selection lines. |
