Summary:PURPOSE: A driver and a high voltage drive circuit including the same are provided to insert a dead time made of a unidirectional path by detecting an edge of a driving input signal. CONSTITUTION: A driver(100a) includes an edge sensor(110), a dead time generator(120), and a driving signal generator(130). The edge sensor generates an edge sensing signal by sensing an edge of a first upper input signal and a first lower input signal. The dead time generator generates a dead time signal showing a preset dead time in response to the edge sensing signal. The driving signal generator offers an upper output signal and a lower output signal based on the dead time signal by respectively inserting the preset dead time into the first upper input signal and the first lower input signal.
