Summary:PURPOSE: A transmission apparatus including a spurious radiation offset function, wireless communication apparatus, and spurious radiation offset method are provided to eliminate spurious radiation including C-IM3 distortion. CONSTITUTION: A digital previous distortion module(203) previously distorts a digital base band-pass signal to the reverse phase of a C-IM3 distortion term. The digital previous distortion module offsets previous distortion and C-IM3 distortion. A digital pre-emphasis filter(205) control digital signal which is previously distorted. The digital pre-emphasis filter provides the flat amplitude response of a mixture pass filter. The digital pre-emphasis filter provides a linear phase answer to the mixture pass filter. The mixture filter includes a base band-pass filter and a digital half band-pass filter.
