Summary: | PURPOSE: A solar cell manufacturing method is provided to form a nano rod layer which is a reflection preventing layer, thereby simplifying processes. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(120) includes a crystal core for growing a nano rod on a substrate. A nano rod layer(170) is formed on the first electrode. A semiconductor layer and a second electrode are formed on the nano rod layer. The first electrode is formed by a zinc oxide in which Ga is doped. The nano rod layer is made of a zinc oxide and dipped in a tank which includes a zinc solution for growth. |
