CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for improving skin condition contains 0.00001-50 wt% of seaweed stem cell extract as an active ingredient. The seaweed includes Hizikia fusiformis, Undaria pinnatifida, Laminaria japonica, Eisenia bicyclis, Sargassum confusum, Gelidium amansii, Porphyra tenera, Porphyra yezoensis, Undaria pinnatifida, Enteromorpha, or Codium fragile. The stem cells are pluripotent stem cells or multipotent stem cells.
