Summary:PURPOSE: A coverlay foldable machine and method are provided to enhance speed and precision of a tack welding task by recognizing a coverlay sheet and a substrate at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A feed port(110) eliminates foreign materials of a coverlay sheet through a clean roller. A lamination roller(120) laminates a carrier belt to the upper side of the coverlay sheet. A release paper return roller(130) collects a release paper in the coverlay sheet. A tack welding table(140) transfers a substrate which is tack-welded with the coverlay sheet. The coverlay sheet and substrate are tack-welded on a main stage(150). A tension control mean(160) adjusts tension of the coverlay sheet. A photographic means(170) inspects alignment state of the substrate and the coverlay sheet. A position control means(180) controls location of the tack table. A tack welding roller(190) tack-welds the coverlay sheet and the substrate.
