CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device includes a thin film transistor substrate(100), a color filter substrate(200), and a liquid crystal layer. The color filter substrate faces the thin film transistor substrate. The liquid crystal layer is located between the thin film transistor substrate and the color filter substrate. Grid polarization patterns are formed on the thin film transistor substrate and the color filter substrate.
