Summary:PURPOSE: An electrostatic image developing toner, an electrostatic image developer, an image forming method, a process cartridge, and an image forming device are provided to suppress fading phenomena due to the amount increase of the toner. CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic image developing toner includes core particles containing binding resin and a coating layer on the core particles. The coating layer contains resin with cross-linking structure which is formed based on at least one of boric acid and boric acid derivatives. The resin is obtained by polymerizing monomers under the existence of the core particles. The monomers include hydroxyl group. The toner is arranged in toner cartridges(8Y, 8M, 8C, 8K).
