CONSTITUTION: An energy-saving type outdoor air conditioning system using a low temperature arrangement comprises a filter unit(110), a free heater(120), a first circulation coil(130), a second circulation coil(140), a plurality of air washers(150), and a reheating coil(160). The filter unit filters foreign substances included in the outdoor air flowing in. The first circulation coil heats or cools the outdoor air flowing in. The second circulation coil heats or cools the flowed the outdoor air flowing in by supplied the cooling water. The air washer sprays water and comprises a valve for controlling a quantity of spray. The reheating coil heats the outdoor air flowing in by supplied the cooling water providing to a cooling tower(D) from a cooler(C).
