PURPOSE: A coffin and using bamboo power as a main material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate a resource recycling because a bamboo in which growing season is only several months to years is a main material and not to worry about the environment destruction due to a logging. CONSTITUTION: A coffin and using bamboo power as a main material and a manufacturing method thereof comprise a bamboo powder, a natural resin and a pulp. The coffin is composed of 70 to 90 wt% of the bamboo powder, 5 to 10 wt% of the natural resin, and 5 to 20 wt% of the pulp. The natural resin comprises the rosin. The pulp comprises a rayon pulp.
