Summary:PURPOSE: An electrode for a photoelectric conversion device, a manufacturing method thereof, and the photoelectric conversion device including the same are provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency of a photoelectric conversion device by increasing adhesion with an intermediate electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive layer(13) is formed on a substrate. A metal electrode layer(17) is arranged on the transparent conductive layer and has a preset pattern. An intermediate electrode layer(15) is interposed between the transparent conductive layer and the metal electrode layer. The thickness of the intermediate electrode layer is 0.01 to 10 um. The pattern of the intermediate electrode layer is equal to the pattern of the metal electrode layer.
