Summary: | PURPOSE: An insulating member of a hydrogen storing cylinder for a submarine's fuel cell is provided to smoothly discharge hydrogen from hydrogen storing alloy held in a hydrogen storing cylinder since an insulating core layer is arranged in a laminate coated layer. CONSTITUTION: An insulating member of a hydrogen storing cylinder for a submarine's fuel cell comprises a separable segment. The segment comprises a laminate coated layer(12a) and an insulating core layer(12b). The segment holds a hydrogen storing cylinder. The laminate coated layer is formed in a GRP sandwich structure holding glass fiber reinforced plastic, and the core layer is formed for a material with low heat conduction and is filled in a space between the coated layer. |
