Summary:PURPOSE: A binder is provided to improve the adhesion of resorcinol-formaldehyde-latex dispersion, and not to need the removal of toxic monomer isocyanate during processes. CONSTITUTION: A binder comprises one or more carbodiimide based on a compound in chemical formula 1: R'-(-N=C=N-R-)_m-R" surface-inactivated through the reaction with one or more amine. In chemical formula 1, m is the integer of 1-500, R is C1-C18-alkylene, C5-C18 cycloalkylene-, arylene, and/or C7-C18-aralkylene, R is R-NCO, R-NHCONHR, R-NHCONR, R-NHCOOR or R-NHCO-R, and R" is -NCO, -NHCONHR^1, -NHCONR^1R^2, -NHCO-R^5 or -NHCOOR^3, R" is -NCO, -NHCONHR, -NHCONR, -NHCO-R or -NHCOOR.
