Summary:PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a single-walled carbon nano-tube using multiple catalysts is provided to increase the purity and the electric conductivity of a single-walled carbon nano-tube using a catalyst composition containing graphite, transition metals, and sulfate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a single-walled carbon nano-tube using multiple catalysts includes the following: a catalyst composition is filled in a cylindrical carbon rod to prepare an arc discharging anode; and the arc discharging anode is mounted at a direct current arc discharging device to prepare a carbon nano-tube based on arc discharging. The catalyst composition contains graphite, transition metals, sulfate selected from transition metal sulfate, sulfur, or the mixture of the same. The arc discharging generates arc plasma at the current of 200 to 300A. The transition metals are one or more selected from Fe, Co, Ni, Sc, and Y. The transition metal sulfate is one or more selected from FeS(Iron Sulfide), CoSO_4(Cobalt Sulfate), and Ni_3S_2(Nickel Sulfide).
