PURPOSE: A simulated moving bed processing method using two pumps and a system using the same are provided to increase energy consumption efficiency and saving costs required for installation by reducing the number of pumps. CONSTITUTION: A simulated moving bed processing method using two pumps based on a simulated moving bed processing system(10) includes the following: the flux of a first zone pump passes through a first section in one exchanging period and is discharged through an extract port for a corresponding time; the flux of a feeding pump simultaneously passes through a third zone and is discharged through a raffinate port; the extract port is closed by a valve; the flux of the first zone pump passes through a second column and is combined with the flux of the feeding pump to be discharged through the raffinate port; the extract port and the raffinate port are closed by valves; the flux of the first zone pump is combined with the flux of the feeding pump to be re-circulated through a fourth zone.
