Summary:PURPOSE: A mesoporous organic polymer catalyst is provided to have very high catalyst activity and regenerative performance, thereby using for the synthesis of an epoxy compound useable for the starting material of a polymerization. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a mesoporous organic polymer catalyst comprises: a step of manufacturing a template by hydrophilizing a porous metal oxide; a step of polymerizing polymers by putting monomolecular solution into the template, and heat-treating the same; a step of manufacturing a porous organic polymer support by removing the template from a composite obtained by a previous step; a step of introducing an ammonium functional group into the porous organic polymer support; a step of mixing the porous organic polymer support and NaNO3 solution, and dispersing the mixture into H2O2; and a step of mixing the polyoxometalate into the dispersed solution.
