Summary: | PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for dissolving aluminum through high-frequency induction heating are provided to enable a user to control the dissolution point of aluminum by cooling generated heat through a cooling device. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) for dissolving aluminum through high-frequency induction heating comprises a cooling device(100), a micro control unit(200), a full-bridge current type high-frequency inverter(300), and a high-frequency induction heating jig(400). The cooling device cools heat generated from the high-frequency induction heating jig. The micro control unit controls an inverter drive signal. The full-bridge current type high-frequency inverter converts a high-frequency AC inputted from a high-frequency power source into a high-frequency DC through first and second coils and outputs the converted high-frequency DC. The high-frequency induction heating jig is installed in one side of the front end of the high-frequency inverter and dissolves aluminum through heating. |
