Summary:PURPOSE: A method for determining a terminal positioning in a wireless communication system and a device of the same are provided to include a cell from which a terminal can acquire a System Frame Number(SFN) as a reference cell or a neighboring cell in system information for OTDOA(Observed Time Difference Of Arrival). CONSTITUTION: A receiving module(1460) receives system information which includes information of a reference cell and a plurality of neighboring cells from a positioning server. A processor(1420) receives a PRS(Positioning Reference Signal) from each of the reference cell and the plurality of neighboring cells by using the system information. The processor measures RSTD(Reference Signal Time Difference) for each reference cell of a plurality of neighboring cells. A transmitting module(1440) transmits the RSTD to the positioning server.
