Summary:PURPOSE: A simple pile-driving device and a pipe constructing method using the same are provided to construct pipes minimizing time and costs in a space where large equipment cannot be used. CONSTITUTION: A simple pile-driving device comprises a hydraulic transfer unit(100), a pile-driving unit, and a guide rail(300). The hydraulic transfer unit comprises fluid supply and recovery lines(110,120), a hydraulic cylinder(130), and a support wall(140). One or more hydraulic control valves are installed on the middle parts of the fluid supply and recovery lines. The hydraulic cylinder is connected to the fluid supply recovery lines and makes linear movement. The support wall supports the opposite side of the piston rod(131) of the hydraulic cylinder. The pile-driving unit comprises a hydraulic breaker(210) and an impact transfer member(220).
