Summary: | PURPOSE: A wavelength conversion type semiconductor light emitting device is provided to reduce color property deviation by inversely designing the thickness of a wavelength conversion part which includes a wavelength conversion material with particle size distribution. CONSTITUTION: A wavelength conversion part(19) is located on the upper side of a light emitting diode chip(15). The wavelength conversion part comprises transparent resin(19b) which contains phosphor powder(19a). The average thickness(T1) of a domain of the wavelength conversion part which is located on the upper side of the light emitting diode chip is bigger than the average thickness(T2) of a domain of the wavelength conversion part of the side. |
