Summary: | PURPOSE: Snacks obtained by rolling nuts with dried fish or meat slices, and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent the separation of the nuts from the fish slices. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of snacks obtained by rolling nuts with dried fish or meat slices comprises the following steps: supplying the dried fish or meat slices to the upper side of a mounting unit with a recess on the bottom(S100); forming recessed grooves on the dried fish or meat slices to the longitudinal direction using a pressurizing unit with a pressure piece(S110); inserting the nuts into the recessed grooves of the dried fish or meat slices using a nut supplying unit(S120); rolling one and the other ends of the dried fish or meat slices using a pull-out member of a roiling unit around the nuts(S130); and heat-compressing both ends of the dried fish or meat slices for 2-5 seconds at 150-200 deg C using a heat-compressing member(S140). |
