Summary: | PURPOSE: A thermoplastic cross-linking elastic composition with improved foaming moldability and molded product based on the same are provided to reduce the destruction of foaming cells and implement a high magnification foaming operation. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic cross-linking elastic composition includes 10-60 weight% of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, 10-60 weight% of paraffin oil, 5-40 weight% of high molten strength polypropylene, 5-40 weight% of olefin block copolymer, 1-30 weight% of organic modified inorganic filler, 0.5-10 weight% of a compatibilizing agent, 0.05-5 weight% of a cross-linking agent, and 0.05-3 weight% of a stabilizer. The extensional viscosity of the polypropylene is between 1.0x10^6 and 1.0x10^7 poise. The content of ethylene norbornene in the ethylene-propylene-diene rubber is between 4.5 and 12 weight%. |
