Summary:PURPOSE: A banner posting apparatus is provided to efficiently post a banner by freely controlling a posting angle of the banner according to the installation position of a posting board. CONSTITUTION: A main rotary axis passes through the bottom part of a post and is fixed by a bearing. A driving sprocket(220) is fixed to the main rotary axis and is installed in the inside of the post. A sub rotary axis(260) is separated from the main rotary axis and is fixed to the post by the bearing. A driven sprocket(240) is fixed in the sub rotary axis and is installed in the inside of the post. A chain(230) interlinks the drive sprocket and the driven sprocket. A latch gear(282) and a latch(284) are fixed on one post and are combined with the main rotary axis and control a rotation angle.
