PURPOSE: For slider, secession is prevented with the breakaway preventing pin although cutter is excessively rised. The separation of the cutter which is bumped against into the content big and hard and is rised can be prevented. CONSTITUTION: A mixer having a detachable cutter comprises a main body, a mixing jar, and a second rotary coupler(400). The first rotary coupler of the mixing jar comprises a first coupler body(210), and a guide recessed part(220). It is formed into cylindrical and the first coupler body is perpendicularly connected to the rotary shaft of the motor. The guide recessed part is composed of the intersection guide groove which is connected to cross each other in the upper end access of the pin binding groove and pin binding groove. The second rotary coupler is composed of a second coupler body(410), a slider(420), and a breakaway preventing pin. The breakaway preventing pin is penetrated into the first coupler main body and cutter in order to be combined in the pin binding groove of the first rotary coupler. The secession of the slider through the access is prevented. To the quarter which the intersection guide groove is branched in the upper end access of the pin binding groove to cross each other. It is composed of the elevation rail which is perpendicularly connected to the branch line and guides the elevation of slider.
