Summary:PURPOSE: A floor heating system and a method of installing a floor heating pipe are provided to remarkably enhance thermal efficiency and enable more energy to be supplied indoors. CONSTITUTION: A floor heating system is as follows. Cement mortar(20) surrounds a floor heating pipe(10). The pipe is arranged on the upper and lower ends in the cement mortar. The pipe is formed from one or more of polybutylene and polyethylene. A second floor heating pipe(12) is installed on the floor with the cement mortar. A first floor heating pipe(11) is installed on the cement mortar.
