Summary: | PURPOSE: A producing method of health functional snack using health functional snack raw materials and puffed grain is provided to use medical herb ingredients having an atopy preventive effect and an intestine regulating function. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of health functional snack comprises the following steps: mixing health functional snack raw materials and puffed grain in a ratio of 1:1-2, and spreading the mixture into the proper thickness for molding; and cooling the molded product before cutting and packing. The health functional snack raw materials contain 40wt% of functional ingredient extract, and 60wt% of additive. The puffed grain uses glutinous panicum miliaceum, glutinous millet, buckwheat, black rice, barley, adlay, glutinous rice, brown rice, or non-glutinous rice. |
