Summary:PURPOSE: An oil pump system is provided to control the discharge pressure degradation of a pump by reducing the amount of air which is filled in an inhalation path and to prevent the oil of a stylobate part and a center part to be falled. CONSTITUTION: A pump body(203) inhales oil from a suction port within a pump room and discharges from a discharge port. The pump body supplies the oil to a transmission. A suction circuit is installed between an oil reservoir and the pump body. The oil which is sucked from the oil reservoir is circulated in the suction circuit. The suction circuit is composed of a stylobate part, a center part, and a tip end part. The stylobate part has a suction port connection part which is connected to the suction port and a stylobate part side center part connection part which is connected to the center part. A pump drive shaft(24) is installed in a rotor.
